Our Cost Engineering and Cost Estimating services are a specialty service primarily for US Army Corp of Engineers and DOD clients. CD&C has provided Cost Engineering Services for multiple USACE Districts throughout the US while receiving excellent reviews all while receiving great ACASS ratings as a subconsultant. Our experience with USACE stretches across many states and districts including Galveston, Jacksonville, Kansas City, Louisville, Memphis, Mobile, New Orleans, Vicksburg, and West Point among others.

CD&C was instrumental in providing estimates and construction schedules for many of the Post Katrina Recovery projects in New Orleans to build the Hurricane Risk Reduction System. Therefore, our Cost Engineering services have included massive Civil Works projects such as pump station complexes, various types of channel closure gates, Lock and Dam systems, T-Walls, roadways, bridges, channel diversions, shoreline protection, and numerous types of levee construction.
