Civil Design & Construction, Inc. is a Civil Engineering and Land Surveying firm that is SBA Certified as a Woman-Owned Small Business and is DBE Certified by the Louisiana Department of Transportation & Development. Our office is headquartered in Port Allen, Louisiana, but we service the entire state of Louisiana for our Civil Design and Land Surveying services and our Cost Engineering services are nationwide.
