Our Land Surveying services include both Boundary and Topography services for many governmental clients including USACE, LADOTD, Baton Rouge Metro Airport, and numerous local Parish & Municipal governments such as West Baton Rouge, Pointe Coupee, Iberville & Livingston to name a few. We also work with a variety of private developers, Architects, individuals, and construction companies. Our services include topographical Municipal Route surveys for roadways, sewer lines, waterlines, hydraulic, and drainage projects along with Right-Of-Way and Parcel mapping in association with these types of projects. We also provide Control surveys using GPS or conventional means, GIS mapping support, Site surveys for residential or commercial developments, Boundary surveys and Subdivision Plats including Re-subs, FEMA Elevation Certificates, No-Works Affidavits, Residential Contractor Packages, ALTA/ACSM surveys, LOMA surveys, Construction Stake-out, Field Monitoring & Volume surveys, As-Builts, and many other services related to support of Engineering or Architectural firms.

CD&C also offers Terrestrial 3D Scanning services as part of our Survey Department. Terrestrial Scanning is often used in applications such as site topography, route surveys, pipelines, industrial applications, structural surveys, architectural design, and landscape architectural design, etc. We can provide traditional topographic line work or 3D Models to import into programs such as Revit, Bentley Architecture, and various other Building Information Management (BIM) systems.
